Job Description

Are you a leader, social, trustworthy, down-to-earth, customer service oriented, also motivated uncapped commission.
Also opportunity to lead a team? To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from
marketing campaigns, events and meeting lead generation quotas. You will use your communication, persuasive, influential skills to
cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you and others close the deal. You will

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualify leads from marketing campaigns as well as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through warm calls and emails (we warm first no cold first)
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • You need to be versatile
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities (online & offline) in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Prospect cold/warm calls with SMBs across the country to present the value of solution
  • Execute sales strategies and deliver e¾ective sales presentations with passion for your clients
  • Follow up with clients to build long term business relationships
  • Sell in a highly productive environment achieving and exceeding sales objectives

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Independent Rep, B2B Service Provider, Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales and consulting techniques
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas (Helpful)
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience with marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Familiarity with MS Word, BI
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Education in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field (Helpful)
